A Meal Without Wine By The Lepolas

'A meal without wine is like a day without sunshine'.

This design has been screen printed in wine bottle green ink onto a lovely soft cotton tea towel. We've packed the words using some of our favourite fonts into a wine bottle silhouette.

This phrase was first written by Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin, a 19th Century French gastronome who also wrote "A dessert without cheese is like a beautiful woman with only one eye", but we didn't think this would make such a nice tea towel!
