Keep Calm Gallery was established in January 2007 by Lucas and Hayley Lepola, now a husband and wife team! The site was born out of their passion for typography in poster design, British heritage and the medium of screen printing.
In the beginning Keep Calm Gallery was run from their university halls. The site is now run from their cosy office in south east London, not far from their small Victorian house, which they share with their two handsome cats.
Two twenty-somethings, Hayley has a degree in the History of Art and Lucas has a degree in Business and Management. They share all tasks, from day to day jobs, to the design of new products. All in all they make a pretty good team, although their office Christmas party can be a little quiet!
What started with a few prints from the two of them soon grew into a site featuring a wide selection of work from some fantastic artists, designers and print makers. They work closely with a fantastic group of artists and printers to be able to offer the highest quality fine art prints for the home. Today Keep Calm Gallery also offers a collection of super tea towels featuring some wonderful designs.
They pride themselves on excellent customer service, attention to detail and being passionate about everything they do. They are chuffed to be running the site more than a four years since their virtual doors swung open.
