Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to ship orders worldwide. The cost of postage will be calculated during the checkout process.
How much do your products cost in my currency?
All orders are processed in Pound Sterling (£). Unfortunately we cannot supply the exact cost in other currencies, however you can calculate and review the latest exchange rates online at www.xe.com/ucc/
How are products packaged?
It is very important to us that your order arrives safe and sound. Prints are packaged with great care in durable mailing tubes. Smaller prints may be flat packed in cardboard mailers. Our postcard packs are shipped in tough board backed envelopes. Before being packaged all items are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper.
Will a receipt be included with my order?
We do not include a hardcopy of your receipt in your package. This will be emailed to you soon after your order has been processed. All limited edition prints are sent with a certificate of authenticity.
Can I collect my order in person?
We welcome customers to collect their orders from our home/office in South East London. If you would like to collect and save on postage please contact us beforehand to arrange a suitable time.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes! Please make cheques payable to Keep Calm Limited and post to:
Hayley Thwaites, 6B North Cross Road, London, SE22 9EU.
Please get in touch with us before sending your cheque so that we can ensure the items are reserved for you.
What delivery service do you use?
We use Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) to ship all orders. You will be able to select from the following delivery options during the checkout process.
Within the United Kingdom prints can be sent using either First Class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. Both of these services require a signature upon delivery. Postcards will be sent using First Class Post.
Outside the United Kingdom prints can be sent using either standard Airmail or International Signed For Air Mail. The standard Airmail service does not require a signature upon delivery. Postcards will be sent using standard Airmail.
We strongly recommend that all customers outside of the UK use Royal Mail’s International Signed For service if possible. This service is partially trackable online.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours, however most are sent within 24 hours. See below for a guide to Royal Mail delivery times.
First Class Recorded (within the UK): 1-2 working days (not guaranteed).
Special Delivery (within the UK): Guaranteed next working day before 1pm.
First Class (within the UK): 1-2 working days (not guaranteed).
Airmail: 5-10 working days (not guaranteed).
International Signed For: 5-10 working days (not guaranteed).
I haven’t received my order, can you help?
If you are ordering from within the UK and haven’t received your order within 7 working days please contact Lucas or Hayley at hello@keepcalmgallery.com. We will be able to track your package and provide you with any information available.
If you are ordering from outside the UK and haven’t received your order within 14 working days please contact Lucas or Hayley at hello@keepcalmgallery.com. We will be able to track your package where possible and provide you with any information available.
My order is urgent, can you help?
If you need a print in a particular hurry please get in touch with Hayley or Lucas and we will do our best to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. The best way to get in touch with us is by email at hello@keepcalmgallery.com.
I am interested in having a print framed, how do I order this?
If you are interested in purchasing a framed print, or purchasing a frame for a print you have already ordered from us please contact Hayley at hello@keepcalmgallery.com.
I am an artist/designer/print maker, are you interested in working with me?
We always love to hear from artists and designers! Currently we are not seeking new artists to add to the gallery due to the large number of projects we are working on. However we are happy to invite you to send through links to your portfolio so that we might consider working with you in the future.
Do you have a wholesale option for retailers?
We currently supply prints and postcards to a handful of shops worldwide. We’re always happy to be approached by new customers. Please take a look at our wholesale page for more information or contact Lucas at hello@keepcalmgallery.com with any queries.
My print arrived damaged, can you help?
It is very rare that prints arrive damaged but in the event you receive a damaged print please get in touch with Hayley or Lucas immediately and we will arrange a replacement for you where possible. If it is not possible to replace your print a refund will be made.
How do I find out about new products?
The best way to be kept up to date with new releases at Keep Calm Gallery is to sign up to our mailing list. The email submission form can be found at the bottom of every page. If you have trouble signing up please email us and we will add your address manually. We will never give your email address to a third party and our newsletters are only sent every few weeks at the most to notify you of new releases.
