Camus' views contributed to the rise of the philosophy known as absurdism, in which the Absurd arises out of the fundamental disharmony between the individual's search for meaning and the apparent meaninglessness of the universe.

The letterpress style design has been created using high resolution scans of wooden letterpress type impressions.
